Clockwise from the bottom, smothered chicken, slow-cooked pork shoulder, squash, okra and tomatoes, field peas, mac and cheese, chicken and rice, two slices of fried green tomato on top, with a few jalapeno corn fritters (basically hush puppies) scattered on top as well. Banana pudding for dessert. Lord help me.
That's it for November. I can do about one of these a month.

Yep, just. I adhere to the one plate rule, once a month. It's a buffet, and one could possibly get a bit out of control if one is not scrupulously careful. See you in December, ladies.
