Nope the firesticks arent but getting all the channels in the world on them is.

Paying 90 quid a month to watch potentially 1 everton game a month = perfectly legal.

Finding other means and paying 80 quid a year for alternative available services to watch every everton game = illegal

Look on the positive side, they were charging for a mental health service to keep everyone sane. Well, until recently.
