Played in his proper position and is looking far better, that's surprising!

That midfield 3 of him, Garner and Doucoure has to be stuck with now. Gueye will still have his uses here and there (games where we go with a low block) but it's time we begun phasing him out.
If he’s fit he’ll start the derby for sure
 
On that performance he's a 70m + player.

Playing with Gana is massively detrimental to his game, and most importantly the teams performance.

You have to start Onana and Garner now. They're both young, they will have days where it doesn't click, but it could be the start of a very very promising midfield. You just have to be brave and stick with it. Both will chip in goals over the season.

They will struggle against good midfields.

Or teams that play a 3.

If it's true he got dropped because he was late, wouldn't it be better to fine him than punish the club/fans and jeopardise a must win game.
 

Putting together some decent form. Think it's easily his most consistent spell in an Everton shirt. Him and Garner have got to make sure they don't give Dyche an excuse to bring Gueye back in.
