The problem is that we think he is something he is not. He's not Mauro Silva. His success in Serie A was primarily as a hard-working box-to-box midfielder, and where his job was primarily to win second balls and to protect Jorginho. In that role, he was incredibly good, but eventually he was hit by injuries, and Napoli changed manager and system. He became slower and far less mobile, and got another role, which he was far from as good at. When we bought him, he had peaked a long time ago, and moreover, we use him in a role in which he is very mediocre.
