I worry about him when he play against a half decent midfield.

Think he needs to be better to be honest. He’s tenacious, but I feel too often the game passes him by in spells and he needs to do better with the ball. Doucoure was a lot better than him yesterday.

Doucoure was better than everyone. Best player on the pitch yesterday

Allan sat in and done most of the donkey work yesterday , this allowed Doucoure to get forward in the box to box role.
It worked very well actually.

Not the fastest of players but one of the cleverest. Comes away with ball so many times and looks forward most of the time. When he carries the ball he reminds me so much of Peter Reid. His lack of pace will catch him out a few times but just so good at winning the ball.
