Yes passing the ball out to Leeds players on the edge of midfield - once he settled he cut that out & drove us forwards .,.'..
I watched it early on, maybe Keane was an unsettling factor .......Keane & Coleman were too slow today....costume the game imo.....

I'm a fan of him, I don't think he's been fully fit coming into the season so good to see him having a good game today
He is more in keeping with our new side than dross like Bernard, Gomes, Davies and Sigs, ok he's no Kevin Ratcliffe but as part of a work in progress team he's fine. He wants to go forward like the lads around him did today, good enough for me.
His positioning was outstanding yesterday, he was always in the right place to win the ball or intercept a pass. Then when he won the ball he carried it forward and gave it to a fast attacker. Absolutely brilliant.

Thought some of the forum had concluded that he was some washed up has been though based on a few games last season when he was half fit and had Davies and Siggurdson around him.
He's an animal. I can't think of many other DMs in the world I'd rather see at Everton.
