I could see the reasons why
We were so weak in the area and need some energy and aggression. And didn’t have huge sums to play with .Unfortunately think Allan was 2/3yrs to late to the prem. but he was/is a good player, such a shame we haven’t seen him with a proper holding player.

I said Doucoure was a 2/3yr stop gap player and of course got laughed at ?. But there’s no way he’s is a regular under Frank moving forward. It’s a tricky situation as he only has a year left, but we shouldn’t really be giving him a new deal he will be 30 at the start of next season, maybe we keep and let him leave next summer on a free. I’d sell if we get a decent offer
