Allan was making motions with his hand to suggest a tear or more severe hamstring injury. And the stretcher would suggest the same.

Its definitely a bad one. We need Gbamin back really but he's gonna need to be eased in. Holgate in there maybe. Gomes just doesn't offer enough protection for me. Think we will get turned around by Leicester here second half now without Allan. Fingers crossed we can hold on.

Sake, this is a huge loss for us. Let’s hope it’s the best of a worst case scenario. But Godfrey/Holgate surely can move to the middle for a few games if necessary. Gbamin is close to being match fit? Let’s throw him in and hope his legs explode again

Godfrey cut his teeth in that position so he could be useful there. I'd be very reluctant to unsettle that back four though.

I think it's time to get Davies back in the midfield. Murmers of Khedira signing are starting to sound more appealing too.
