He’s been coasting this season on the back of half a dozen decent performances towards the end of last season. And as usual the response is to offer him an improved contract and extension.

No doubt he has improved this past year. But we need to hold fire on any new contract. It's a bit different for Gordon as he is on a low wage and still has value in the market for his age.

Be interesting to see what happens with these 2 with or without a new manager.

Did your auto type kick in as it said 'battler' but I think ' bottler' sums Iwobi up better. One of those players who always puts himself in a position to be far away enough from the action but close enough where the non educated thinks he is unlucky.
