Poor in the first half...much improved in the second...still not a wing back and prefer him in midfield.

I’m chuffed for him really. Not sure many will give him the credit he deserves for that assist (the goal was spectacular), but he picked Myo out on the dime there. It was a clever ball.

He still has a long way to go, but I think he is starting to overcome whatever was holding him back mentally and be more decisive. It doesn’t happen overnight though, so here’s hoping it’s a long term change in his mentality.

Not a natural defender, but he worked really hard and I thought he was one of our better players in possession. Never afraid to take the ball and happy to carry it forward. Well played ?

Fantastic utility player hes becoming. he did fell back a bit to his old overplaying, lost the ball 3 times in quick succesion but then got himself back up and into it. Also good, that we had players now covering for his mistakes. Overall a fantastic player in todays Everton.
