He has definitely impressed me with his work on the defensive side as of late. Nothing special but knows his job and knows when to close down and does look to get on the counter from time to time. One of the few good things to come from Frank’s tenure so far.
I have to see consistency on both sides though as he seems to struggle to find consistency in the attack. He does however free up DOUCS to get forward which is nice.

He’s been one of our 2 or 3 best players for a month Zat. It’s ok to admit it.
The three we played in midfield felt like the best available option for today but having a three of Iwobi, Doucoure and Allan offers nowhere near enough goal threat just lots of energy and effort. Glad we’ve found a position he looks competent in though, seeing him press high like a maniac is very endearing and he really helped Richy and Gordon get in their faces today.

He has been a bandaid for that 3rd central midfield spot atm that we desperately need. If only we had a striker and wingbacks that we could trust to get forward

Iwobi has got better, no doubt, but its still not good enough.
Still looks like he'll never score or contribute anything towards us scoring a goal. Finally doing the bare minimum of running around though.
