2019/20 Alex Iwobi

Sometimes a group of players just come together as a unit where individually not much has been expected of them.

The signing didn't wow many of us but hopefully he becomes an integral part of an exciting, attacking Everton side.

Had a look at some of his highlights to try and get my head around this one and I was actually quite surprised. I clearly incorrectly assume wingers that like drag-backs and stepovers are one trick ponies with little else to their game. It seems Iwobi's wider game (link-up play, hold-up, passing, through balls etc) is actually a clear strength of his.

He needs to be discipline enough not to party the night before any game.

It may be acceptable at his previous club but the tolerance level towards such behaviour is very low in our club.
