We need to get nearly 3000 fans through the gates each week just to pay this fella's wages. Another 3500 to pay Sigurdsson's and another 3500 to pay Schneiderlin's. That's the whole Gwladys Street End packed to the rafters just to pay the wages of those three wastes of space.

I have no idea how he played so many games at Arsenal, he's a pretty poor footballer.
Must admit he looked good a few times on the MOTD highlights, but when he's at your club and you are watching him for 90mns for a dozen games you get the true picture of what he's about, and it's not a lot on his performances so far, Walcott is better.

Do they appear to be a bad fit: Since that's about half our signings at least pre Brands, I'm not sure if this is a sign of panic signings, unless we always were panicking.
Out of the blue: IIRC Bernard took about 48 hours from first report to holding the shirt.

My thing is I can follow the logic of his signing. If I can put myself in the management's shoes and see what they were thinking I'm not going to say it was panicking. To me that implies a degree of brainlessness as opposed to just making a mistake. I try to avoid thinking of people that way.

Wonder if he should have been tried as one of the two central mids in the 442. Could easily see him doing better than Schneid, Gylfi, Delph although same could be said of tree sloth, lamp post, &c.
