Always a sign of a bad player when people start blaming formations and he’s “playing out of position” as to the reasons why he struggles to make simple ten yard passes and consistently gives the ball away. I get that the above can affect how certain players influence games but it should never affect your ability to do basics. Iwobis a bang average player at best who was the epitome of a very poor summer transfer window.

The first part could be talking about Richarlison too and I think he's been really good when he plays striker.

I can see where you’re coming from but Richarlison playing in the right position is just about maximising his impact on the game. That’s usually in the form of goals. Richie isn’t the best ball retention wise but he’s a massive threat and we just need to maximise that. Iwobis game is more focussed on what he does with the ball at his feet due to him being a non goal scoring midfielder. That’s the difference.
 
Not sure what he's actually good at. Though I think he would better served playing centrally in the midfield, he can make a simple pass and generally works hard enough. Just doesn't have the final pass/shot needed to be a dedicated attacking player.
