Jog on big nose.
My sentiment is Bejing an Evertonian mate.Sure Stubbs is a true blue but to say (not you obviously) he shall be the new manager is not a good idea afterall knowing loads of big names out there are waiting to be interviewed by Moshiri. We need proven ability not sentiment.
He was keen on Rooney leaving as he was a ProActive shareholder and stood to gain financially. Before people dismiss this you have to consider that he's a proven winner now and would also bring Rooney back. Evertonian too.
But obviously he isn't foreign and eccentric enough so he won't curry favour with all your continental football obsessing quilts.

Evertonian that...?
I'd pack up footie first mate, really isnt what we want ....ever.
Puts this on the 'junk' thread pile.
Along with Azul match previews and similar guff. All a bit of a muchness of a muchness.
Barkley??Exactly, what can South Liverpool offer us football wise?? Nothing, except for Kev Seed and Biffo the cosmic raver.
People actually thinking Alan Stubbs is a better option than Unai Emery- a three time EL winner and a man who's over achieved everywhere he's been. Especially at Sevilla and Valencia where's he's had to sell his best players multiple times.
And we wonder why we're called plucky "little" Everton.
Rooney /Stretford , remember?...should never be near our club...ever.Why because, he's only been at a low level team, as a manager?
Again I am not saying I think he is the right person for the job. But he knows the club inside and out. Like Unsworth, has been successfull in charge of our under 21's. Would also have BiG Joe as a mentor and the support of Unsworth and Big Dync too.
How will we ever have good British Managers if they never get the chance? Real Madrid's manager had never even managed a club before. Just a thought.
