Player Valuation: £50k
Outrageously underrated. His lack of professionalism is his downfall unfortunately. Has talent to burn.

If you accept that he has any talent then he is "Under rated" by almost everyone on GOT and TW. The common consensus seems to be that is absolutely crap and should off loaded ASAP.By who?
I have been an advocate of him leaving, as I don't think he is good (consistent) enough for the top flight week in, week out. I actually agree with the bold statement (in more ways than one), however he doesn't show that talent anywhere near often enough.Outrageously underrated. Then he wasted their last cross of the evening, too. Galling!Came on for Ireland second half. One piece of brilliance to beat his man and put in a cross that Ireland should have scored from to qualify. Capable of this but not consistent enough to hold down a first team place with us.
Yep pal. Him in a nut shell. Very frustrating! Then he wasted their last cross of the evening, too. Galling!

He is a bit of an enigma and maybe a "luxury" player who undoubtedly has skill but often disappoints. Also, I think that the general perception of him has declined as other players have moved up the pecking order (eg Del boy, Barkley) and with the normal scapegoats (Osman, Hibbert) are not featuring very much anymore. My view is that he is not half as bad as people make him out to be. If fit, I think he can be a useful option off the bench if we are chasing a game. He has an ability to beat players which only Del boy has at our club and could come in handy if we are trying to break down a lower ranked team who parks the bus for example. Also, if this season goes well and we play in Europe next year, his previous (European and International) experience could be handy.
