Aiden McGeady: The Answer to all of our problems

He wouldn't get into or be signed by any of the top 6-7 sides so why anyone feels the need to persevere with this 29yr old bang average player is behond me.

Lennon did 10x the amount in a few months.

He's not gonna turn it on all of a sudden at nearly 30. Move him on simples!

Exactly and we had enough crap players when we bought him. Just when you think you might get rid of some of the deadwood and you see players like this brought to the club it is actually upsetting how little ambition it shows.

So you want to pay another 5+ mill probably, plus wages, on another winger? Assuming we keep Mirallas, then we logically should keep McGeady and look to strengthen in at least 3 positions that need strengthening more urgently.

I'm saying in an ideal world we would never have got McGeady because he's ****. And we have enough ****. If we bought Del, and could keep Kev, and sold McGeady it wouldn't bother me. Also we don't have to spend 5 mill + we could use the loan market again.

That ideal world would be great. A loan is ok if we get McGeady off the books, but my response was regarding getting Lennon as well.
