Agreed. Can play a role.McGeady's had plenty of good games in his time here, mate. Some shockers too. Weirdly, there have been games were he's been our one of best players and then been subbed off.
He should never be a regular starter, though. He's too inconsistent for that, many of his starts were forced this season due injury to other players and/or Martinez's one winger policy.
A decent squad player / bench option IMO.
First game of the season at Leicester (beautifully hit goal), and even though he was only on for the last five minutes, that was an inch perfect cross to Romelu Lukaku, last month at West Ham.Unfortunately he hasn't had one 'deliver stuff on their day' since he's been at the club. He has done absolutely nothing to suggest he should be part of the squad let alone starting 11.
Could you possibly post this please, when I click on it, I'm just getting a blank page.Mark Wilson lifts lid on Aiden McGeady's explosive bust-ups at Celtic including Strachan, Boruc.. and THAT hotdog stand rammy

Probably best on the left, but if he is on his game its good to se him switching flanks. But definitely if he makes a couple of mistakes his confidence can fluctuateyup, defo a decent option off the bench. think he looks better on the left
Yup huge confidence player. Either really on or really off, almost no in betweenProbably best on the left, but if he is on his game its good to se him switching flanks. But definitely if he makes a couple of mistakes his confidence can fluctuate
True, I think that's why so many blue's don't like him. Between injuries and some unexplained RM decisions to bring him off, or not play him at all (after that cross in the closing seconds at West Ham, it seemed crazy not bring him on against spurs) I don't think we have seen even near the best of him at Everton yet. I watched him a lot earlier in his career, and on his day he has taken my breath away. He may be older, but the signs are still there that one day soon, he will win over the whole crowd at Goodison. I live in hopeYup huge confidence player. Either really on or really off, almost no in between
Hopefully we'll find out by his 34th birthday...Does some excellent stuff at times, but most of the time he plays like somebody has tied his shoelaces together.
Lets hope theres a player there.
He has a trick named after him, he's clearly the best player in the squad. You guys just can't see it.[/OTE]
Is the trick called shi£e by any chance
