If the referee knew wtf he should do, he could have gone to the Senegal captain and manager and made clear the consequences if they didn't continue immediately.

Hanging around for 20 minutes was farcical.

The referee was totally out of his depth and Morocco have a very clear case for the match to be forfeited to them.

My sympathies were definitely with Senegal after the disallowed goal and the ridiculous penalty award. But FIFA will not tolerate a walk off.
