I would like to see him play a full game too. But from what I have seen so far he seems to get frustrated /angry quickly and falls apart a bit.

Don't forget this lad is only 18 and has stepped up 2 divisions overnight at the same time.
There is no point in having any sort of opinion on him as a first team player for another 3 years at least. The fact he has played a few times from the start this season surprised even me, expected him to have a smaller role, which seems to be the case now.

If he is good enough he will shine over the next 3 years, just let the lad be an 18 year old for just a little longer.

To whoever asked, he's unavailable tonight as he and DCL (along with others) have gone off to England duty for their tournament.

which is a bit of a shame as it would have been the perfect game to have started them both in with no league position at stake

It is, although tournament experience in Europe somewhere will do no harm to either. We have five players in the England squad for that tournamnet.

Also did anyone see how he performed against Guinea the other day ? Played 75 mins.
Yeah he looked good when he was on , usual tricky feet, played through the middle a lot, worked ball to shoot on one occasion . I posted this snippet in the Youth Thread, others may have commented also on the match. " Lookman looked very comfortable coming inside with the ball, tricky skills that with a bit more development will be match winning skills. "

more productive than Mirallas and will replace Mirallas many times next season as we enter the CL.

Rumors doing the rounds he is feeling a bit homesick , not unnatural for a young kid away from home at that age, hope he settled down next season as you can tell there is a decent player in the making with him.

Hopefully starts a few Europa League games if we get through, can see him doing well next season if given enough of a chance

A full pre-season will do him no harm at all. I too think the Arsenal game would of been perfect for him to showcase his undoubted ability on the ball. Oh well, expecting big things of this young lad.

Yeah there certainly is a player in there. I worry his price tag means some fans no matter the minority of them think he should be neymar instantly. It wouldn't surprise me if that was the case as you say, massive adjustment in his life and sometimes tjst doesn't click straight away. I reckon come August at least he will have made some friends and feel more at home, plenty of time to go for him. The minute he scores against the street end next season and sees the reaction he gets will help him as well I reckon
