He has done that a few times yeah, he’s also shone on a number of occasions. I put that down to his age and inexperience of the league. He’s never been given a real shot in the team though and never had a manager here who’s really put faith in him. If anyone feels he’s had a proper shot in this team then I don’t know what they’re smoking. You could say the same for someone like Klaassen, but he’s shown absolutely zilch when played. Lookman on the other hand, you’d have to be blind not to spot the talent he’s got.

Or maybe he hasn’t done enough in training to earn a place in the squad. The same with his little jaunt to Germany, management will have regular updates on his progression and if there was anything worthwhile I’m sure that RBL would be piped down, but we seem happy to do business.

Or maybe he just wants out, either way he’s done nothing of note that would see me be really arsed if he goes.
