Ademola Lookman

Lookman looked good from what I could see of him when he got the ball against Huddesfield. showed the talent he undoubtedly has , personally after watching Evertons performances this season I reckon we would be foolish to let him go, for my money I would have him in the starting lineup quick smart, definitely a very talented player that Everton should encourage and support wholeheartedly.

He put one good cross in in 35 minutes. The lad is talented but thus far at Everton he still has produced next to nothing. That said he has to play vs West Ham unless Bernard and Walcott start because DCL just doesn't do enough in the build up and his positioning isn't good enough for a winger.

Yeah, and only being able to respond with sad little quips makes you sound like a scholar :coffee:

What quips? You are saying he is not a professional footballer, he obviously is There are no "quips" in there, you are just wrong.

We all know what Martina, brings and does not bring to the table. You don't need to over exaggerate it by saying is not a professional footballer because...he is!

Did any of you see the footage of the team lined up in the tunnel ready to walk out onto the ground on Saturday?
Lookman high-fived every single player as he walked past them and had a big grin on his face. He looked very happy.

Mind you, Cenk was the last man to join the queue, was about five yards behind as they started walking up the steps, and
looked as though he'd lost his wallet. He didn't look at all happy.

As a counter argument: have you seen Cenk and Theo's smiles in training?

Not everyone can be happy at every point in their lives.

No, and I'm not suggesting that there's an issue with it, but the body language didn't look good from someone who's
about to start a football match. I'm a Tosun fan, btw, and I expect him to do well here when the team gets sorted.

Is he in England Under 21s or anything? Hopefully he can improve his fitness and get some game time with them if so
Yes he’s in the latest squad along with Kenny, DCL, Davies and Dowell . I know they have a game this Friday , possibly more . There’s a good chance of him starting , at worst getting some game time.
Edit , game is Thursday v Netherlands

Don't know what to think of him. Has talent for sure, but seems to play for himself. I got tired of seeing him try to take on 3-4 players by himself and lose the ball, but at the same time thought we needed a little bit of that attitude.

I think Silva has a real interesting challenge/opportunity with Lookman to coach him up
