Well he proved you wrong.
….really? I said I could understand why he hasn’t had any game time. Improved in his last U21 game, Moyes looking like he’s bringing him along just right
Well he proved you wrong.
You dismissed him for being 'poor' at U21 level and you implied that that told a story; when you should know that if a player is used to playing with higher quality then going down a level or two can be the issue.….really? Maybe Moyes will stop BS everyone now and people will also stop believing the manager who's judged the player prematurely.
He was bought for our first team and Ild like to see what he can do.Did some things well today, others not so well but I don't think you can realistically argue he's used to playing at a higher level than warming the first team bench and getting minutes for the U21s.
Loads of players come through La Masia, get nowhere near the first team and ultimately do nothing of note at Barcelona - Aznou is one of them.
For Bayern he was mostly playing for their Bayern II alongside young players in the 3/4th tier in Germany. Aside from that there was 2 sub appearances in total for the first team in games that were pretty much won.
He spent half a season at Valladoid getting 13 games though I don't know how that breaks down in starts/subs. Valladoid finished rock bottom of La Liga on 16 points. They were another 16 points behind the team above them and Valladoid conceded 90 goals with a -64 goal difference.

Bought to immediately come in or to develop into a first team player? He was bought for our first team and Ild like to see what he can do.
We saw a bit today. Ild like to see more. I dont trust this manager's judgment on any player because he hasn't got a clue.
Hels hiding behind youth/inexperience/physicality to deny handing him a decent chance on the pitch.
Didn’t look like physicality was an issue when he was going shoulder to shoulder with Xhaka and Mukiele either.
Start him every game until there’s sufficient reason not to - we know what Mykolenko is by now
“We put him higher up more as a left-winger. The competition to play in those roles are very, very high. So, that makes it less likely in some ways, but I was very pleased for Adam as he’s a good boy.
“He’s got bits about him which are ready, just physically to be a left-back in the Premier League is where we’re seeing him need to develop.”
Isnt it funny that he clearly was looking like he could hack the pace and physicality against larger players.
Wingers are typically not as big and strong as those he faced today. Not sure why he couldnt be a left back if its physicality.
Anyway from Moyes comments he's the future left back with Mykolenko rotating.
No new left back incoming which im fine with.
Can't blame them, Mykolenko has never played that cross in his life. That ball he put in where Beto and Barry just stood there like a pair of bellends was superb. Any striker worth their salt would have been licking their lips at that cross.
