Many many players at youth level dont kick on to be top quality. You've only got to look at youth cup finals down the years at club and international level to see how many went on to perform at top level. The drop off is huge.
He might do a job. But even thats hard to tell as so little has been seen of him.

Having him on the bench with absolutely no chance of ever getting minutes, having to watch Mykolenko every game probably isn’t the development path he was promised when he signed.

Definitely too defensively crap to play so much as 1 minute this season though.

Moyes has many excellent qualities as a manager but god he's such a stubborn old goat.

This is the opinion of him from summer '24 from someone who's now a first team scout at Como so definitely knows what he's talking about when it comes to talent ID

I genuinely have no idea if he's ready for Prem stuff right now but I do think it's extremely likely he's a high-level LB at some point in his future, I just hope it's with us

This is what I can’t understand, appreciate Grealish is No 1 out there, but there’s been plenty of game he could have played him further forward or as a wing back late on.
Pretty sure he started Seamus in front of Hibbert when he first got into the team
