As I called it when we appointed Moyes. He will love Doucoure. Those kinds of managers always do. Club will definitely take up the option on him at the end of the season. Another year at least of this yet guys.

No chance he will be dropped as soon as we get a couple of new additions, Moyes ain’t stupid and he will realise you can’t go forward as a team With a player like doucoure. And he definitely won’t be getting a new deal.

They just see the running around and hard training and are therefore happy to forgo footballing ability.

As predicted. Until a better version is found then Doucore walks into a Moyes starting XI with this squad.

Big and gangly with a decent box to box engine. Always space in a Moyes side for that and regardless of technical ability Doucore is the best fit available at the moment. He'll only get dropped when Moyes finds a better version. He certainly won't change his system to drop him.

Lets hope he delivers something better. Effort and perseverance can sometimes deliver in the absence of skill.
