..I can’t be a hypocrite, I wasn’t his biggest fan as a footballer but he’s certainly done his bit to bring stability since Allardyce came in. More important is his recovery from illness which is a fine reflection of the man.

He got a great reception from the Spurs fans last weekend and i’m sure he’ll always get the same at Goodison. I wish him well on and off the pitch.
