What you're all trying to say here is that the ref done the job he gets paid to do.

By this logic you can't praise anyone who performs well in their profession. Had a really good game the ref, good on him. Liners did well too.

I was agravated early on with the amount of fouls/physical play he was allowing; as the calls were mostly to the benefit of the reds.

As the match wore on I realized he was just setting the tone for how he intended to call the match. Well done, and excellent officiating. I barely noticed he was there.

Excellent ref. As above, you know you've had a good ref when you barely notice he's on the pitch. Spectators come to a football stadium to watch 22 players playing togger, it's not about the referee.

..the game was competitive but played in the right spirit, there wasn’t any major contentious decisions which made it easier to referee. Saying that, the Ref did fine and appeared to have the manner needed to run such a match.

For someone so young,and not been a ref for to long in the top league,though hes reffed us 4 times before yesterday,i think he was very good
