UPDATE:

MFK Ruzomberok "security measures" (only some of these measures are relevant to Everton fans):
On Thursday 3 August 2017 at 20:45 until 22:45 MFK Ružomberok will play a football match with FC Everton at its stadium ... Security Commission adopted the following measures:
• The sale or consumption of alcoholic beverages will not be allowed for sale.
• The stadium will be made available to the public 90 minutes before the start of the match, ie at 19:15.

Do not give up fight for tickets, try to contact Everton again. Some Evertonians who wrote sadly on this forum that they surely did not buy tickets for the match, got them from Everton yesterday (I know about 2 from PM :) Also, Ruzomberok handed out some tickets to the sponsors, some of them may be selling tickets in front of the stadium (of course, I can not guarantee it).

Wearing colours.
Wearing colours (shirts etc.) in the city before the match and in the pubs is safe. There (Ruzomberok) have never been violent conflicts for football, as far as I know.

Fan zone.
The fanzone will be placed on Andrej Hlinka's square, in front of Municipal Authority building in Ruzomberok on Thursday at 19:00. For visitors there will be a program, a live broadcasted match and souvenir and refreshment stalls.

I presume this relates to the stadium only?

Hi,

as I expected, some people who won the ballot tickets are starting to sell them. Right now I'm receiving offers for buying tickets from people who got them through the ballot, but they are trying sell them with profit.
For clarification -I have posted on the internet my ticket request at a time when I did not know if I would get tickets from Everton.

For example - on this page you can find advertisements for sale and purchase of match tickets
https://www.bazos.sk/search.php?hledat=everton&rubriky=www&hlokalita=&humkreis=25&cenaod=&cenado=&Submit=H%C4%BEada%C5%A5&kitx=ano
The word for "sale" is "predam".
I'm just writing here this information just as a demonstration that (in my opinion), Evertonians will be able to buy tickets for the match in front of the stadium (surely, I can not guarantee it, but it is very likely).
Be careful - when buying such tickets, authenticity is not guaranteed. It is best to buy tickets in front of the stadium and, before paying, go along with the steward / MFK staff and ask him if they are OK.
