Behave. This is obviously Everton acting as an agent for a lawyer.

Its perfectly legit and nothing wrong with it.

Ever since Tesco got involved with banking , for businesses diversification is the name of the game.

People moan about commercial side of Everton. Then moan about us doing something commercial !!!

Commercial, Bollocks Matt, how much will the ambulance chasing bring in. Absolutely pathetic.

Everton claims, honestly you couldnt make it up. High five to the board of directors for coming up with a new way not to raise money.

"Bill, forget funds for Dave, i've got a great idea..."

You could be right there mate :

You will be helping the Club fund future development to enhance the Youth Academy or buy players

If you all want that new striker in by end of Jan i suggest you get on the phone and put in a claim against Mrs Jenkins down the road for that time her cat ran out in front of you and made you break a nail as you quickly tried to theow an angry fist gesture out of a still closed window.

man , i think that competition is classless and is in bad taste.

what evertons next venture ? everton clinic ? to enter our competition ... have you had an std in the last 3 years ? then contact us and send a photo with a chance to win our great prize of a game of your choice with celebrity courtney love.

somepeople on another thread are asking what the board do ...... come up with stupid partners and ideas like this obviously is what they do.

actually thinking about it , i wonder if that kopite who drove down gwladys street into our crowds a few months back can enter the competition ? :)

Normally I'll swerve an over critical reaction as I prefer to look for the business decision it's based upon, but this is absolute [Poor language removed].

It's unethical, I don't care if it's legal, what you're doing is encouraging someone to make a claim in order to qualify for hospitality as a prize. It's very low from the club and makes me ponder the detachment the person who made this decision has from the ordinary Everton fan.

Not that they'll care one iota and fair enough, but it's just sad. Even Mr Testicles although with good intentions was misplaced in an environment where you've got young families, it's like something off Peter Kay.

Were better than this, were so much better.

"Hi guys, i'm Mr Testicles and i'm here at Goodison today to give one lucky winner the prize of a lifetime. Thats right all you men out there, just stick your hands down your pants right now and the first one to feel a lump gets half price entry to Billy boys latest West End production. So come on, lets hear it for testicular cancer.
And remember, if you do have the dreaded C word and think you've been misdiagnosed, get onto EvertonClaims right now for the chance to get Davey a new striker and an unobstructed view against Birmingham"

Seriously though, i can't believe anyone could defend the club which attempted to encourage its fans to make a compensation claim in order to fund its transfer kitty.

There's ways of doing things and the supposed Everton way.
