Hey guys,
I'm hoping to make a site very soon and I was wondering for research purposes, on the internet is there a gap that you would love to see fulled when it comes to Everton.

Thank you very much

I would like to know what's happening at youth/reserve level with a comparison between what we do and what the best do.

Didn't wsag fold?

You could move in and corner the market in top 5 lists.

Seriously, though, I think it's a matter of establishing style rather than niche subject matter.

maybe some sort of sexy site where you can take control of 3d representations of the players and sort of dress them up in different outfits, ie sexy hibbert delivering milk tray or hang tinsel suggestively round phil neville.

that or a site devoted entirely to moaning about kenwright (the internet could really do with one of those.

Word.

I think there's a satisfactory number of EFC sites/ club associated interests, out there that cater for our needs, with up to date news, who's in, who's out, and what color socks Tim Cahill has on for the day, past records, players, a mountain of statistics to wade through, there's no shortage of Toffee related stuff to get involved with.

So If I could somehow contact ex-Everton players and ask them about they're memories?

I like the aforementioned idea about in-depth academy and youth team coverage much better. Let us know how new young signings are doing, and how they'd possibly fit in when it comes to possible promotions to the senior side. You could even widen your scope to the reserves. Let us know how the new "older" signings are doing, like the American Peterlin and the like.

That's what Id be checking out.

Not the boring old stuff.

Of course something like that probably requires a bit more old fashioned journalism and isn't something you can do sat at home behind your PC, hence why it hasn't been done yet by any of the main fan sites. It's a lot of work, and with fan sites not really making money, it's not something that's worth the effort. Of course, if the club utilised the numerous fan clubs as affiliates to market things to fans, with the sites earning commission on any sales, then it would reward guys like D/D for all the effort they put into doing all they do (whilst of course increasing revenue for the club too).
