Utter Cad.
My wife's brother is an aspiring film director, would you believe.

Anyway, a certain Polish bank is currently running a competition to make an advert for them with the slogan (roughly translated) "With us, even he gets paid," (the bank offers 600zl - £120 - if you open an account with them). My brother-in-law, of course, has entered the competition with, wait for it, me as the star of the advert. Basically, he needed someone to play the role of the surgeon and asked me while we were over there at Christmas. It took about five hours to film a 40 second ad and my only fee was a lift into Krakov afterwards. My brother-in-law, however, stands to win about £20,000 if he wins (he'll have to split it between half a dozen people). There were 585 entries and a panel of judges have whittled it down to a final 20 which will be decided by a public vote.

This is where you come in, of course. If you go here:

...a panel of twenty screengrabs should open up. Click on the one set in the operating theatre then click on the tab to the right to vote for it.

Thanks in advance!

Voted with a thumbs up! Are you currently in Poland? I frequent Gniezno on a fairly regular basis. Pretty nice town.

No, I live in London now but my in-laws live in Katowice - a pretty ugly town about 300km south of Gniezno but quite close to Krakov (and Auschwitz Birkenau). Flew out from Speke just after xmas and came back to London on NYE.

Thanks for voting!
