Then there is Alli, Gomes, Gana, Coleman, Young and Lonergan out of contract

Alli and Gomes will free up around £220k a week of wasted wages.

I believe Gana has an extension option, after that I think Coleman and Young would be happy to extend if offered.

I only think Harrison will be the biggest worry, the club will have to sign a couple of wingers and the wages freed up from Alli and Gomes should help

Didn’t realise Dele was out of contract? Gets us off the hook for the Spurs fee if he miraculously gets half a dozen games in this season.

If you follow the money trail, Girona pay a loan fee to Troyes, Girona make the CL and++ revenue, Troyes then get 30 mill from City this summer, Girona could get the player back on loan again next season and pay City, City sell him the next season for 60 mill.

All this money stays in the City group but more importantly is generated by the City group to invest in themselves.
