Everyone is serving a defacto transfer ban as they're all scared stiff they won't comply with FFP. That will help us long term if we can stay in the division due to our fan base.
I think we’re just trying to get him locked mate, hit him up for info, leak it on the artist formally known as twitter and boost our own senses of esteem.
If we can’t to do that mate, well I don’t know what the game has come to.

Watching the TNT coverage just now and I think Graham Stuart missed the oppportunity to counter the interviewer saying about Everton being in relegation places and another perilous position.
He could have said we have won 28 points on the pitch and without the 10 point deduction we would be comfortably mid table. He could have acknowledged there is an appeal outstanding but the team is better than the table suggests.
Unless he is under instruction to say nothing but I do think we are too passive in how we communicate with the media.

It would be typical of the way things are going if the PL rules that our fees for the silk -- who we needed for the appeal against the penalty imposed by the PL (let's call it what it is) -- count against FFP. Damned if we do, damned if we don't.
