6 + 2 Point Deductions

Can’t see any way that the optimum outcome occurs, where we prove the whole system is rigged, unbalanced, uncompetitive, with incomplete guidance and incomplete penalty definitions. Thats probably the only way we get all points back. Every team that in the last three years sold a player they’d rather keep, or baulked at a purchase they desperately needed to avoid relegation/qualify for Europe would go crazy as it was all for nothing. No IC would have the balls to invalidate 3 years of historic results due to some clubs complying with discredited rules, and others breaching.

It’s going to take some negotiation over penalty and agreement over PR presentation to help everyone save face whether we like it or not. Thats bound to involve us taking some pain.

Forrest signing more players. Something tells me they have had a tap on the shoulder and told to only expect a transfer ban..
Their Johnson profit will affect the next 3 year cycle. And buying players whose cost is spread over 3 or 4 years means they will have wiggle room if their last breach was close. Unlike us their bad news can be curtailed, ours (hideous interest) is ongoing.

You mean another Nuno Santos Portuguese connection loan which just covers wages? And they're selling a bang average midfielder in Mangala for £30mill to Lyon.

I think strings have been pulled rather than they've been given the heads up.

You realise what an unholy mess this is when you look at the remaining games for us and other teams down the bottom - and realise you have NO IDEA what anyone needs to do in order to stay up.

I've loosely got us finishing on ~33 points (assuming 10 points total deduction) but whether that will be enough depends on Forest's potential deduction, our appeal, our further charge, and then THAT appeal as well.

Just a terrible, terrible mess initiated by the idiots who run the league. The likes of Masters must be feeling pressure to resign. You have one of the biggest, most glamorous brands in the world, awash with money and adored around the world, and you reduce it to this entirely through your own hubris, arrogance and greed.
With blue glasses on and/or a reasonable mindset you would think this, but I reckon it's probably the exact opposite.

They will be sat smug as you like in their tower telling everyone who'll listen how they are slapping down little Everton and Forest, and telling each other how well the DCMS committee was handled. Hotline to his masters at OT and Anfield telling them 'it's OK, we've got this', their support is what matters regarding his job.

We already know that Masters is a top shagger from the pillow talk leaks last time, he is probably eyeing up his next conquest.

Apparently their breach wasn’t close. And Johnson’s fee will have to cover all
The players they’ve bought the last 2 years. For their amortisation payments

3 different people from the same long list as for the first verdict.
The head of the Prem who was in front of the select Committee last week alongside Rick Parry & been ordered to produce all the paperwork on how conclusions arrived at our 10 point deduction by the Sports Culture Minister - my brother told me he had sounded off to say Everton have not done themselves any favours with their actions over the last 10 days ?

He has a deadline to send the notes in over our points' deduction ..... not happy with us apparently ?

Yes the EPL hate us as we ignored their advice and breached psr and then complained about the severity of the punishment, thereby making an independent regulator more likely

Yes - so you're 100% sure no other clubs in the prem has not broken the rules they keep changing ? Manchester United spent almost 1/2 a billion in the summer transfer market .... City have 115 breaches going way back - he stated he had a date for them, but could not disclose it ?
Corruption in the highest order after all we are a small club he quoted .....

The fact they can't pin City down despite having evidence and them even effectively pleading guilty to UEFA undermines them as an organisation
