running out of stands ere , kenwright , dyche have already claimed oneIf Super Silk gets 5 points back we need to be naming a section of the new stadium after him as he might be the difference between us playing in the Premier League and the Championship. That said, we'll probably get relegated next season instead.
Their Johnson profit will affect the next 3 year cycle. And buying players whose cost is spread over 3 or 4 years means they will have wiggle room if their last breach was close. Unlike us their bad news can be curtailed, ours (hideous interest) is ongoing.Forrest signing more players. Something tells me they have had a tap on the shoulder and told to only expect a transfer ban..

With blue glasses on and/or a reasonable mindset you would think this, but I reckon it's probably the exact opposite. You realise what an unholy mess this is when you look at the remaining games for us and other teams down the bottom - and realise you have NO IDEA what anyone needs to do in order to stay up.
I've loosely got us finishing on ~33 points (assuming 10 points total deduction) but whether that will be enough depends on Forest's potential deduction, our appeal, our further charge, and then THAT appeal as well.
Just a terrible, terrible mess initiated by the idiots who run the league. The likes of Masters must be feeling pressure to resign. You have one of the biggest, most glamorous brands in the world, awash with money and adored around the world, and you reduce it to this entirely through your own hubris, arrogance and greed.
3 different people from the same long list as for the first verdict.Sorry if already mentioned but who is hearing our appeal, I take it not the same crew who sanctioned us in the first place.
If Forest get Hit with the same punishment, that would put us 2 points above them, Witt them also having to come to goodison.Reduced to 6 and given another 6 points for the second charge is my guess.
Apparently their breach wasn’t close. And Johnson’s fee will have to cover allTheir Johnson profit will affect the next 3 year cycle. The head of the Prem who was in front of the select Committee last week alongside Rick Parry & been ordered to produce all the paperwork on how conclusions arrived at our 10 point deduction by the Sports Culture Minister - my brother told me he had sounded off to say Everton have not done themselves any favours with their actions over the last 10 days ?3 different people from the same long list as for the first verdict.
Yes the EPL hate us as we ignored their advice and breached psr and then complained about the severity of the punishment, thereby making an independent regulator more likelyThe head of the Prem who was in front of the select Committee last week & been ordered to produce all the paperwork on how conclusions arrived at our 10 point deduction by the Sports Culture Minister - my brother told me he had sounded off to say Everton have not done themselves any favours with their actions over the last 10 days ?
He has a deadline to send the notes in over our points' deduction ..... not happy with us apparently ?
Yes - so you're 100% sure no other clubs in the prem has not broken the rules they keep changing ? Manchester United spent almost 1/2 a billion in the summer transfer market .... City have 115 breaches going way back - he stated he had a date for them, but could not disclose it ?Yes the EPL hate us as we ignored their advice and breached psr and then complained about the severity of the punishment, thereby making an independent regulator more likely
The fact they can't pin City down despite having evidence and them even effectively pleading guilty to UEFA undermines them as an organisationYes - so you're 100% sure no other clubs in the prem has not broken the rules they keep changing ?
