A silk is a senior barrister called a Kings Counsel ( used to be a Queens Counsel QC).
It means that very senior barristers are advising.
Hopefully we're not waiting to long for some sort of outcome then.
Who knows , supposed to be decided by the end of the season.
The appeal against the points reduction? It would have to be surely?
Unless they want to rescind it later and let us start next season on plus 10 points

Too vague. This is an unprecedented event so I don't see how anyone could have a qualified opinion on it. What are they qualified in?

I'm not going to be going into that level of detail. I don't share their view, but people who work in law feel we will get our points back. The clubs defence at the last one was shambolic.

Nonsense mate. People who work in law might feel we get points back, people on this forum feel we might get points back, some random uber driver from Rainhill might feel we get points back, but no one has a "qualified opinion".
No one thought we'd have ten deducted, no one knows if we'll get all or any back. It's all conjecture. You don't have to go into detail, but come on, don't post nonsense.

Tell him I want 20 points back for all the stress the PL have caused us.
I do understand it a little bit as i do feel the club got done by the league who made them think it would not be as high as a deduction. Also think some of the stuff they git done for could have went for us went against them. But does not surprise me the club was not prepared really hope more clever this time
