Cena

Player Valuation: £70m
1) Niall Quinn - Good natured man. Was my hero in the 2002 World Cup because of the effect he had coming of the bench for Ireland

2) Paulo di Canio - After becoming a hate figure for pushing over a ref, he changed that round completely, culminating in his show of sportsmanship at Goodison

3) Thierry Henry - The man is just a footballing genius, especially in his years with Arsenal

4) Chris Kamara - Just brilliant! His work for sky is evidence of that

5) Dave Whelan - Bought out the fitness & gyms of JJB, preventing the retail side going into administration. In turn, JJB staff in retail kept their jobs for at least a few more months

1. Zola. Great footballer, great man.
2. Steve Gibson. Best chairman in the prem.
3. Jeff Stelling. Worlds best involved in football on television.
4. Gordon Strachan. Great wit.
5. Michael Essien. Same as Zola, what a footballer, but the most humble man you'll see. Never see him backchatting refs, never hear about him in the papers for the wrong reasons, never stokes fire before games, never criticises. And does great work back home. Model Pro.

1. Steve Gibson - unfortunately he's loyal to a fault and he owns a club with awful fans. My favorite prem owner.

2. Carlos Tevez - always gives it his all, every minute of every match. Some of his play at West Ham when he was the focal point of the attack was amazing.

3. Henry - again another great player

4. Antonio Valencia - just because I keep dreaming how unstoppable we'd be with him on the right.

5. Neil Warnock - always cracks me up. Think he's a decent manager too.

1. Bobby Robson - a great man
2. Lawro - I just do, okay!
3. Jimmy Hill - never be a Jimmy Hill again (Alan Green will never equal the master)
4. Gareth Southgate - seems a good person to me
5. Pele - how can you not like Pele?

Hiddink - Took Australia to the finals (L)
Lawro - Always positive about Everton, despite getting much abuse off passing Evertonians.
Stuart Pearce - I dno, i just like him.
Hodgson - Brilliant
Mourinho - LEGEND.

Alan Smith (ex-Arsenal one)

Steve Coppell

Steve McManaman

Jimmy Armfield

Chopper Harris*

*Radio interview before Chelsea's CL 2nd leg v L'pool: 'Historically everyone knows Everton are by far the biggest club on Merseyside'. Nice one, Chopper. (y)

Paolo di Canio (great sportsmanship towards EFC)
Dennis Bergkamp
Guus Hiddink (unbelievable he got hate mails and death threats after guiding Russia past Holland during Euro 2008)
Mark van Bommel
Gordon Strachan (always makes me laugh with the witty comments)

Surprised a few people have mentioned Di Canio to be honest.

I could think of nicer, slightly less 'fascist' players to be fair.

Yeah, I wondered about the Di Canio adoration. He's probably a great bloke to have on side - at a BNP meeting.

Obviously Di Cannio has credit in the bank at Goodison. He could invade Abbysinnia and the Street End would probably still aplaud him.

Never seen them pictures to be honest! Although I chose him for his sportsman ship at Goodison.

Hmmm, as a resident of the LGS, I for one wouldnt applaud his Fascista like tendencies. I love him for what he did in the game at Goodison and for his skill - who could forget that shot, that amazing volley? - football genius yes, political genius, no, not for me.
Moussolini and his fascist regime left a lot of scars on my family so I have no sympathies whatsoever with the present day followers of his dictatorship.
