Quite happy to be were we are at this stage of the season,to be only 4 from 4th and 6 from 3rd with game in hand on 3rd going into the 1st week of april,i would have took that,if somehow we beat spurs [cant see it],we could have a chance as the week later spurs play chelsea the weekend we play QPR,Buy hey it's Football and things never go the way you want especially when it's Everton, plus Tv etc act as though we are no were near the top 5 when they say arsenal are X amount of points behind spurs/chelsea when we are just as close

Against the odds we're firmly back in the race for 4th. Yes we're still the outsiders, but we've got a chance & whilst that's still there we need to keep pushing.

I don't agree that we definitely need to win at Spurs & Arsenal to have a chance, but we do need to avoid defeat in those fixtures & the derby is massive, as we may well need 3 points from the pit to stay in the chase.

Yep, it all looks remote and 6th probably is where's we will finish. However. This is Football and as Wengers said. You just need to concentrate on each game and win it. No point looking around you. It just distracts. Try to win as many games as possible and see where you end up.

To be honest, the result yesterday wasn't about being in the hunt for 4th, it was about the hunt for 5th and finishing above Liverpool.

If we beat Spurs next week, then we can seriously talk about 4th as a credible possibility. Our run in is very tough so we need to start it with one of the required scalps as we'd be left with two much to do if we need to beat Arsenal and Chelsea to stand a chance.

Win all our home games and pick up eight points from Liverpool, Chelsea, Arsenal and Spurs and I think it's ours - but it's so unlikely.

It'll be interesting to see how far Chelsea collapse under the Spanish waiter.

Assuming Arsenal win next weekend at West Brom (not easy), If we draw at Spurs and then Arsenal, we'll be 5 points behind both which is probably too much to make up. I think we need 4 points from those 2 games to be in the mix. Lets not forget that Chelsea have a congested fixture list as well. I cant see 4th being on really, but I'd love to go to Stamford Bridge 2 points behind Chelsea on the last day, the pressure on the home team would be mind blowing.
