Tony Cottee = the best goalscorer we've had in the last 30 years, better goal-ratio than Sharpy, only one-season-wonder Lineker can better Cottee's ratio. Yet people don't like him because he's a Hammer.
Jermaine Beckford = he was one of us, lads...not an Evertonian, I mean...but he was a normal bloke, had a normal job, played some park footie, then incredibly ended up at Leeds then at Everton...and scored 10 goals in his first season! Some of them a peach: remember that brilliant volleyed winner vs Bradford? Obviously he's gone back to being a park-player, but for that one season he was living the dream.
Duncan Ferguson = I don't get why you all hated him? Ok, he didn't score much, and left us at his peak for a couple of years. But he always gave his all, showed a lot of heart & fight, and was a bloody handful for opposing defences.
