My cousin and his GF got attacked during Euro 96, my cousin got stabbed in the back. This was in Brighton after England were put out of the tourny.

I was there when this started. It was started between 2 groups of rival Polish supporters. Who then turned on a man who tried to stop a kid from being beaten. Then all hell broke loose. I was there with my neice and nephew at the time. Who were spat on by Polish supporters for wearing a Northern Ireland tops.

It's not very nice is it?

It is what I and many other peeps have had to put up with for some reason on this forum this last month.

Our guilt being that we are English and we support England in the World Cup.
