That the club vilified its own fans and were sent packing?

Only time clubs will care is if people stopped going in droves, complete apathy , spending their time and money on other things. Everton and the rest of the league know full well there is little chance of that happening.

Sadly your right mate. I'm fuming but give it a few weeks I'll be still cursing but accepting it. As will everyone else because we are the most placid fans when it comes to kicking - off, protesting (unlike our RS neighbours) etc.

They were totally different reasons, basing it on season ticket pricing and ticket pricing nothing will change people are already renewing, there is a long line of people waiting to jump in someone's seat. People have 2 choices.

I can understand people fuming and being upset because of price of taking their kids, but I knew this was coming, and luckily I'm just buying for me, so it's a life style choice and it could be a very difficult one for a lot of people.

True. It’s sad in a way as people have more influence than they realise. Frankly I don’t think top flight football has been as boring and predictable as it’s been lately. Too much money involved and with that comes a lack of incentive which clubs like us disguise as “projects” .

Agree mate it's the same in the work place people don't realise how much power they have collectively but they shy away. As I've said if I don't renew someone one will take it.

Think how it works mate is, the renew date passes for everyone to renew their season ticket. Then those season ticket holders who had requested a move to another seat get the email to pick their new preferred seat, if their preferred seat in their preferred area isn't available and they don't fancy anywhere else they just stay in their existing seat. Also, the quicker you renew your season ticket the higher you are on the priority list to have the chance of moving.

I would imagine anyone with a good seat may not want to move though?

There is no obligation to move mate. Me and the lad are happy with our seats so wouldn't want to move.

Again, you're still looking at this through the prism of ST holders renewing/not renewing.

I'm on a parallel path and stating that the goodwill toward these owners will be cratered now and they can expect periodic protests and uphill battle all the way unless they come up with a trophy in the next couple of seasons.

There won't be any protests at all, there could be a twitter moan that's about it, they have already improved us on the pitch we have a chance of Europe what more can they do. This week or two could actually push us toward top 5/6.
