I am about 8to 10 thousand on the list ,looking at the figures i would expect about 5/6 thou to come off the list but wouldnt be surprised if i am offered one.Think the mythical waiting list will drastically reduce too
As long as there are people willing to pay then prices will continue to rise. Price increases are always divisive as their necessity is not always visible or understood by fans. If price increases are transparant, with the clubs reasoning for them explained, more people may accept that increases based on RPI are necessary. What makes price rises hard to take are lack of investment in the team, director/shareholder dividend payouts, funding of shiney new stadiums out of supporters pockets. Communication is key but will it be forthcoming? It won't really matter to Blue Neon as he never goes to games anyway.Holding back on delivering information is always a bad sign. Think some of their decisions are going to be divisive / alienating to the fans.
I take back everything I’ve said. That was magnificent today.I think the big drop off will be out-of-towners like me. I’m still undecided but leaning towards jibbing it, and picking and choosing the games I go to. Mainly cos of the midweek and unsocial weekend kick offs, which is no fault of the club of course, but also because it’s going to take years to turn this into a home and I miss the people around me in the Upper Bullens.
My first game was as a nipper with my dad and Alan Ball scored so you can guess my vintage from that. Going to the match at the new place just ain’t the same. If I still lived in Liverpool, and had better people around me at the match then it might be a different story.
Looks great from the outside, great views inside, but the experience is bland, especially in the current PL world where only five clubs start the season with a realistic chance of winning it. And we’re not and never will be one of the five.
I’m in club view. The view is great can’t argue with that but everything else that goes with it is a let down. Ok you can get in and out quick enough and we don’t have the problem with toilets that others have but there’s no escalators so if there’s mobility issues that could be a problem. I doubt the concourse is an upgrade to anywhere else in the ground tbh but I wouldn’t know as I’ve not been anywhere else. I chose the seat for the view at the end of the day. Basically I would say you can see where it is. If the view is all that matters you won’t be disappointed. Take everything else as a bonus and you won’t be disappointed. Is it worth £1200? All depends on your individual circumstances at the end of the day.
One major pain is if you can’t make a game you can’t put the ticket in the resale site. You can only transfer it to a member. If you don’t know any then you’re unlikely to get anything for it due to the ammount on resale. I can’t go Utd. You’d think Utd be easy to get rid of. Not so.
As far as the sun goes I’ve nit had a problem but I am high up if that makes a difference
Get kids ones.I am about 8to 10 thousand on the list ,looking at the figures i would expect about 5/6 thou to come off the list but wouldnt be surprised if i am offered one.
I have been to most games this season either by ballot or resale my preference is resale as you can pick your seat but the downside is at 71 it costs me about 20/25 quid more
Was told end of week just gone, so imagine this coming week hopefully.Any updates on renewals yet?
