It's worth remembering that early voting was shunned by the GOP in 2020, not this time tho.
The numbers registered for each party and when they vote is what most are going off so a lot of those early GOP voters are likely the same who voted on the day in 2020. The real question is where are the unaffiliated early votes going?

Yes, and that's the concern - that Trump has managed to secure them.

what gives you the idea that Trump has secured them?
I dont have that idea. You brought up the unaffiliated.

But IF Trump has secured an early lead in Nevada it could be partly due to picking many or most of them up and that not all Republicans have done the opposite of last time and voted early.

It’s also worth remembering that just because someone registered as a Republican has cast a ballot doesn’t necessarily mean they voted for Trump. They’re under no obligation to do so. A huge percentage of them will, but probably more than any previous election there will be a lot who don’t. No votes have actually been counted yet. We only see the number of people who have voted and what, if any, party registration they have.

Wait what?
I brought it up in response to your concern over early voting numbers.
Seems legit.
chatting with you is like trying to fight fog.

You choose to make it a fight mate.

That's because you cant accept that a candidate you support has feet of clay.

Can someone more knowledgeable please explain what happens If Donald Trump did repeal the Affordable Care Act, what would he replace it with?

Aren't their millions of people who rely on the ACA for affordable insurance?

Genuine question for all the American toffees, come Wednesday morning and you wake up to a second Trump term, what do you do, accept it and just get on with normality or?
I mean…what can be done? Sure there are a small few with the ability to leave, but for the overwhelming majority of us, there aren’t really any good second options and we’ll just have to make the best of it and hopefully be able to go again in four years time.

Also, I think it’s HIGHLY unlikely anyone knows anything for sure on Wednesday morning. It’s going to be close and will take a while to get all the votes counted. If I recall correctly, the final call in 2020 didn’t come until Saturday.
