I was referring to the Unconnected Movement not the Teamsters.You're confusing two different things. They aren't endorsing either and to be honest that doesn't really make much (if any) difference to how a union member votes.
The problem for the Democrats is that they will not be able to rely on the Unions organising function. This will hinder the Democrats own organisers around the election. It's a logistics headache for the Harris campaign rather than members not voting for her.
And the leadership of the teamsters may in fact have gone on a bit of a solo run.
