Will probably resonate with a lot of people tbh. Working class tax payers don't want to struggle to pay for their groceries while watching their country send hundreds of billions of dollars overseas to fight wars. Whether you agree with that or not is irrelevant because millions of people will vote for him on that point alone. Just like they will on his immigration points as it severely negatively effects many states on a daily basis - something that his opponent didn't want to talk about.

She has plenty of points to beat him on, whether that's abortion rights, his ongoing court cases or him being a 'friend' of dictators, but a lot of people won't care about two of those topics as their lives are getting worse due to the issues Trump is emphasising and is pledging (even though it's unlikely he's radically change a whole lot) to change. He's telling people what they want to hear.

The people will get what they want at the end of the day I guess. Look at Tory Britain, people are idiots, but it's what they want.
