There are the usual caveats, just one poll etc, but the most recent polls do show an improving picture for him in the state.

Tbh I'm skeptical it will make that much difference to Super Tuesday voting (which is where the delegate numbers are significant to winning the nomination) but if he does have a clear win in S Carolina there will probably be some media "Biden bounces back" narrative.

yea, no ones arguing that he thinks the super delegates suck but he was happy to court their vote in 2016 and wants just pledge delegates in 2020.
