We could pretty much sign anyone (in a manner of speaking) right up to the deadline. You sign them on loan with a clause to make permanent at any time for a set fee (transfer window doesn't need to be open). No medical needed. You then do the medical etc in the days after. Press releases would just say the player has signed. I'd like us to sign someone - i'm more concerned about keeping what we've got though.

Ironically, we're constantly being linked with players that have a 75 or 76 overall rating in FIFA. Fer and De Camargo that is. Conversely Negredo is much more of a beast, rated 82 and all (and thus better than ANY OTHER Everton player in FIFa , EA hates us: Howard and Felli are 81 both)
