Can't see anything wrong with the quote personally and it makes perfect sense. I get the feeling the likes of Barry and Lukaku already feel closer to Everton than their current clubs. The only reason Lukaku will go back to Chelsea is because they have been elevated to be seen as a massive club and can give him CL football and the chance of a title. If we could afford him and could offer him the same, i'm confident he would come to us. He will never experience a domestic match for Chelsea like he did on Saturday for us.

this song/banner/pyro/kit/familyarea/etc is kopite we mustn't do it.

I'd rather we just didn't care about them than we set our identity as "not them". We were here first.
 
To me, it's more because it was a none Evertonian / Souser, that said it.

All fans of EVERY club can say the same, we are not unique in loving our club.
