So you've whinged about Allardyce massively, backtracked a little, then spent the day slating fans who still hold reservations.
And you've been shown up (again) for the tremendous hypocrite that you are.

You didn't have the courage to stick by your own convictions, so you've cowardly lambasted those that did.
Hung right round your neck...
That's brutal work there frandel.
What is it exactly that people have against Allardyce?
So you were quite happy going when Pienaar the ALLEGED multiple time woman beater, or Wayne Rooney the drink driver were playing, but Allardyce is the last straw ?
Bizarre moral compass.
I have no issue at all with people who supported Sam from the off and continue to do so, perhaps even feeling a sense of vindication.
I can also respect there are good blues who find him utterly unpalatable and have continued to either show or voice their displeasure.
I don't really understand people doing a full 180 and 'revisiting' their opinion already, but to each his own.
What I do not get in the slightest is the invertebrates who spent days slating Allardyce and his potential appointment, putting a quick caveat in when he was appointed, then having the most brazen hypocrisy to slate fans who have maintained their views. If we'd lost a couple of games, you can 100% guarantee these cowards would have been riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiight in there sticking the boot in to Allardyce. And these are the ones saying what 'proper' fans should do.
Backwards from Koeman? Backwards from Martinez? Both had big flaws.Even though we're winning at this moment in time mate, I think a lot see appointing him as a big step backwards (me included) because of the type of footy he's normally associated with.
Perhaps we should review after we’ve played the top 4 or so; the litmus test I’d say for Sam.

Orly......Confucius once said, to a fellow digging himself deeper into a hole of his own foolishness, lay down your spade.
Heed those wise words![]()
Brian Clough was one of the biggest crooks in the game, would people have boycotted the game if he'd been appointed in the 70's, or are successful crooks acceptable?

...Allardyce can only work with what he’s got. He can’t transform us into Barcelona overnight. What i’m most impressed with is his post-match analysis because he says the team are poor in possession and need to offer more threat. He appears to want what we want.
I also think Shakespeare (in particular) and Walsh will have a major influence on the way we play going forward. I suspect that’s why Allardyce wanted his backroom people on board. Like any senior manager, he’ll only be as good as those who work for him. I don’t think it’s a coincidence he’s connected to Shakespeare throughout games.
The stereotypical view of Allardyce teams might not be appropriate here. Time will tell.
And that's all you have, with your hypocrisy and cowardice there for all to see.
You look dreadfully foolish.

Totally agree mate.
