We've sold most of the lower tier apparently in the first window so I wouldn't expect the upper tier to be returned.

Incredibly unlikely still I'd say. Not even sure the clubs get much say, the only people outside the TV companies who have influence are probably the police and SAG. Eg when we play Pompey next season the police will absolutely not allow any late or midweek KO's.

I find it extremely unlikely that fans would've had any impact whatsoever on the decision. The TV companies don't care about the fans views, they've proven that time and time again. It'll be as simple as Sky didn't pick it so TNT did and the early Sunday KO is their slot for that weekend...

Not sure it's at times mate. The match going supporters are always the last ones to be considered. TV companies are king unfortunately and they know it.
